I'm addicted! I first downloaded color splash to my iphone and then went looking for it on the internet. It's called Magic Splash and it's so fun - and easy. You upload any photo and it automatically makes it black and white. You then brush over the areas you want to bring back the [original] color to. I enjoy making a piece of art even more artistic.
It's not free but the price is very reasonable.
